Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are rights that are implied in any consumer contract and can not be taken away. Any attempt to do so is unlawful.

Your statutory rights state that goods should be:-

  • As described - the goods must be accurately described.

  • Fit for the Purpose - the goods must be fit for the particular purpose for which they were sold to you.

  • Satisfactory Quality - the goods must meet the standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory taking into account appearance & finish, freedom from minor defects, safety and durability.

  • Title - the goods must be the sellers to sell to you.
